Participants utilizing a Guarantee Letter (GL) are required to upload proof of the GL along with the transaction receipt for validation.

For international participants, the payment amount will be converted into IDR ( Indonesian Rupiah )

The registration fee is non-refundable. However, participants may change or transfer their registration to another participant before October 1st , 2025.
